Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@homentings.com and we'll help sort it out.

What can be returned

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number so we can find your purchase quickly.

Defective, damaged, or wrong items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we will replace it or refund you. Email us photos of the item and packaging and we'll take care of it.

Return shipping

Buyers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error — in those cases we cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few extra business days for the money to appear.
